FUJI 60 fire-rated sliding door

The FUJI 60 sliding fire door is the EI2 60 single-leaf version. It compartmentalises an industrial site where sixty minutes of resistance is required, and leaves the opening clear the rest of the time. The galvanised leaf, insulated with rock wool, forms a stable barrier.

Where it is used

It equips warehouses, workshops and corridors exposed to a fire risk from the activity or the stored products. Side parking keeps the clear height, which sets this sliding door apart from a sectional or roll-up door.

• 80 mm leaf, galvanised sheet up to 1.2 mm, 160 kg/m3 rock wool, Euroclass A1
• Opening from 1,400 to 5,400 mm wide and 2,000 to 4,880 mm high
• Top guide, at least two trolleys and floor guidance by rollers
• Closing by pulleys, cables and counterweight
• CE electromagnet to EN 1155, optional thermal fuse
• Panels, covers and gutters available in RAL 9010

Standards and installation

Testing follows EN 1363-1 and EN 1634-1. Classification is to EN 13501-2, with CE marking to EN 16034 and EN 13241. The supporting wall must provide at least 230 mm and 2,200 kg/m3, with the track on the unexposed side. The PDF sheet gives lintel sizes by opening width and height.
