FUJI 120 fire-rated sliding door

The FUJI 120 sliding fire door is an EI2 120 industrial closure. Open, it leaves a wide passage for forklifts. Closed, it separates two areas and holds fire for 120 minutes. It suits warehouses, workshops, car parks and corridors where the building or the stored goods require compartmentation.

Where it is used

The single leaf parks to the side and keeps the headroom clear. This sliding fire door fits storage areas, production workshops, plant rooms and links between two volumes on the same industrial site.

• EI2 120 rating, 120 minutes of fire resistance
• 80 mm galvanised double-skin leaf, 160 kg/m3 rock wool, Euroclass A1
• Opening from 1,400 to 5,400 mm wide and 2,000 to 4,880 mm high
• Top track, trolleys, counterweight and adjustable intumescent seals
• Held open by a 24 Vdc electromagnet or a thermal fuse
• Recessed handles on both faces, overlap bolts optional
• Optional RAL 9010 panels and covers

Standards and installation

The door is tested to EN 1363-1 and EN 1634-1, classified to EN 13501-2 and CE marked to EN 16034 and EN 13241. The support must be at least 230 mm thick with a density of 2,200 kg/m3, and the track must sit on the unexposed face. A protected steel frame of equivalent resistance is also accepted.
