Description
A loading dock joins the building to the truck. The leveller matches the bed height, the shelter closes the gap around the body, and the bumpers take the impact.
Where it is used
Warehouses, hubs and workshops with docks fit it in front of a sectional, high-speed or sliding door. Wheel guides and a dock light complete the bay.
Technical characteristics
- Hydraulic leveller: 9,000 kg static load, 6,000 kg dynamic load
- Chequer-plate platform, lip about 400 mm, 1.1 kW pack at 400 V
- Hose-burst valve and automatic levelling during loading
- Retractable shelter: aluminium frame, PVC curtains, usual size 3,400 × 3,400 mm
- Curtains rated to −30 °C, bumpers and guides for docking
Standards and installation
The leveller pit, the façade opening and the tail-lift travel are drawn together. The hydraulic pack works from −20 °C to +50 °C.
